"I was referred to Air Zone from my home warranty company. My AC went out Friday night and they were here Monday within their stated window of time. In five minutes, Caleb found the problem (bad fan motor) and rigged it up to work on a different speed so I could be cool while they got the ok from the ins company and got the new motor. Caleb came back two days later (he said it could be that long when was first here) and did the work in 30 minutes. He kept my place clean and we chatted while he worked. Great guy and great service!"

“Air Zone responded to a warranty work request to check a 26 years old AC unit which the compressor was not running when I turned on the AC unit. The technician determined that the compressor was dead and needed to be replaced, as well as the indoor unit since it was not compatible to the R-410A freon. Alex submitted the paperwork to the warranty company to obtain the authorization within two days. On the installation date, Air Zone technicians arrived on time and immediately started to work. In five hours, a brand-new AC system was installed. The technician kept the job site clean and neat and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend Air Zone.”

“Having your AC go out in 99-degree weather is the WORST! Especially when you're dealing with other life's unexpected mishaps. I called my warranty company and they sent Air Zone out. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I've had to use them in the past for a freon issue I've had which went through my warranty company as well. You never know what to expect the second time around with any company you're not familiar with, but Air Zone is fantastic! Alex is beyond amazing to work with. Both encounters were great and all the techs I've dealt with were very nice and informative. I've not met Alex before but he's very kind and goes above excellence with customer care. All three times I've had to call them out there has been no long wait for them to come out for service. I've met four of the techs - Ernest, Caleb, Jerry, and Marvin. Three of those four will make small talk and chat with you, but they are all very nice. Great job Alex picking your techs and having A+++++ service.”

“Alex and his crews are great to work with. The things set this company apart from others are how they approach the repairing. They are trying to find the best way to fix the problem without incurring the high costs of customers.
I have a 2001 AC system broke down due to the Freon leaking at evaporator coils & the entire evaporator coils was needed to replace. Because the original model is no longer produced, we have to use an updated model coils with a different overall size. To fit the new model to the old spot, the modification costs vary depending on how the repairing company does it. Alex worked around it and tried very hard to fit the new coils into the old spot by modifying old coil case so that we would not need to pay a higher cost to do a major modification. This cuts our repair cost to half. Thanks Alex & his crews for caring of customer benefit instead of just earning the money. I will use his services in the future.”
